Time to get “unstuck”
WELCOME
No one intentionally chooses to stay stuck in crisis, repeat old patterns, or feel disconnected from their true selves. As a therapist, a teacher, and someone whose seen firsthand that the key to transformation lies in recognizing and working with the unconscious patterns that have shaped our lives.
It’s only when we become aware of these patterns—whether they’re showing up in how we handle transitions, cope with loss, manage stress, or navigate trauma—that we can begin to heal and create change. Change that’s sustainable. Change that feels grounded. Change that brings us back to ourselves.
The journey isn’t always easy. But healing is possible. With awareness, with insight, and with the courage to take aligned action, you can begin to shift what no longer serves you. The key is to keep showing up, even when it feels difficult, to trust that you are capable, and to know that the wisdom within you is ready to guide the way.
You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we can create the space for you to heal, grow, and step into your full potential.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
As a therapist, for me to understand your journey I’ve have had to undergo my own journey. I understand the struggles to sit in the “chair” and focus on your inner struggles. Whether it’s infertility, relationship difficulties or the joys of sweating through your day with hot flashes, I understand.
For ten years, I have worked with individuals seeking change, struggling going through life’s transitions, anxiety, depression, infertility and parenting. I’ve also guided children through play therapy. I have lectured at University of Baltimore, introducing new generations to psychology. I teach my students the core of therapy is the relationship between therapist and the client. The relationship is imperative for change to occur.
Prior to being a therapist, I spent years in product development, building products brick by brick, only to realize as I was building product lines my desire was to help individuals build a life they dream about. Delving into the world of psychology, where Jung's whispers of archetypes and dreams resonated with a truth. Therapy wasn't just a career choice; it has been my passion. Now let’s find yours.
